The committee has been very busy at the last meeting and have been producing:
- the new revised club logo (based on Aris Tottle's original design - thanks Aris!)
- a welcome letter to new club members telling them all about what the club does each year
- a new membership form
- preparations for this year's Winter Retreat
- new club posters
- a club card
Remember April is the end of our financial year and membership fees will be due then. We are asking all members to fill out a new membership form. You will receive a club card on receipt of payment. Annual fees remain the same - $60 family package, $50 adult, $30 under 18/concession.
Summer Legends was a big success and brought $550 into the coffers to help pay our annual bills. A big thanks to Eddie Crompton for his efforts in organising the Warhammer Fantasy tournament.
Next meeting we will be seeking club feedback with regards to the creation of by-laws for the operation of the committee.
