Hiya folks,
Does anyone know if old White Dwarf magazines have any value? Are there people out there that collect them? Is there a White Dwarf equivalent of the 1930 Penny? Is there a White Dwarf Historical Society?
Or are they simply something that should be placed with very little care in the recycling bin?
Look forward to hearing the replies of my esteemed peers,
David White Dwarf Collector/Recycler (depending upon the results of this question!)
There are a few issues that I am looking for, if you are offering to sell them - mainly due to rules or scenarios that I have been searching for, and would like.

Hiya draco84oz & anyone else interested...
I have (sad & pathetic I know) about 10 years worth of White Dwarf that I have been sticking in my bookcase...the bookcase needs a break.
I hate the thought of selling things like this, but I'm more than happy to trade. If you guys are like me, you probably have things that you keep, but don't really want. (Sort of like 120 White Dwarf magazines!)
My list of 'wants' include - the Talisman halfling model (I reckon he would make the absolute best "I'm Floppy Wopkins, mighty halfling warrior!" in DnD), goblin spider riders, goblin wolf riders, Dungeons & Dragons hero figures (except dirty stinking, sneaking, cheating elves...it's a personal thing) any goblin/orcy cavalry or infantry, things that could be used as DnD heroes (eg warhammer halberdier etc)
But hey, feel free to negotiate - your trade goods may not match, but might be interesting anyway.
Also, & this is important....I really don't care & I'm also happy to give the mags away (for free). I just thought that trading might be more fun as you wouldn't feel you were getting something for nothing. In addition, the trading phase is fun in most games! Settlers of Catan & Civilisation spring to mind.
So, make me an offer I can't refuse...even if it's merely to take them away to a nice new home rather than my recycling bin.
